To become a lawyer in Georgia, most people know that a person has to graduate from law school, pass the bar exam and obtain a law license.  In addition, there is a yearly requirement for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) in order to maintain the the privilege of practicing law.

At A. Bishop Law, we have two main areas that we consider when selecting a CLE:

1. Learn a Specific Area of the Law: make sure that the area of law that is updated is in fact one that pertains to our practice, i.e. DUI etc.

2. Learn what will improve our Skills in General: Make sure that we attend clinics in which we can improve on our legal and trial skills.

At A. Bishop Law, our Georgia Criminal Defense Attorney welcomes questions on Criminal Defense laws, Traffic Laws and Georgia DUI laws. Please Call or Email us with any questions.
